A Medical and Scientific Board to truly Support Your Fertility Journey.

by Rita Health team

Juggling many hats in life is all too familiar to women at Rita. While we’re constantly working to ensure we are making optimal choices in our day to day life, we often are not able to devote the same level of time and commitment to our reproductive health. When we do, we frequently find ourselves in the uncomfortable position of not asking questions or, even worse, of not receiving the answers we were hoping for.

Every fertility wellness journey is unique. However, we all face numerous factors influencing our personal journey. From finding the right partner, to careers, finances, and culture, many factors contend for our attention when it comes to our fertility wellness. When we finally ‘feel ready’ to explore the possibility of having children, we feel alone, with limited resources and the proper support.

“We do not have places where we feel comfortable asking all the questions. The general answer is: go and try to get pregnant, we will worry about details if we have to. Women feel left out from that conversation.”

When Rita was still just an idea, we heard this so many times that our goal became more clear: we wanted to challenge the status quo and give women the answers they need, in advance.

To do so, we have partnered with world renown fertility and health experts to deliver world-class knowledge to women who want to be in control of their fertility.  Because with access to your personal medical insights paired with expert level guidance, you will feel confident and prepared no matter where you are on your journey.

With their help, we built our fundamental study to help us identify the things that impact fertility health.

Seeing Entirely

Most standard fertility assessments lack in depth health assessments, often being limited to hormone panels. At Rita Health, we aim to approach your health holistically - not only your likeliness to conceive but your overall well being. We'll do this by looking at the entire picture, including key factors such as menstrual cycle, lifestyle, environment, sexual and mental health, and family history.

Silent Majority

Several studies demonstrate that 1 in 32 women require IVF (In-vitro Fertilization) to achieve pregnancy. Yet, what happens to the other 31 women in between?

Proactive fertility care illuminates the experiences of the silent majority - the 31. Centering preventative instead of reactive actions to reproductive health brings power back to you.

At Rita Health we envision a future where:

  • Age 35 isn't treated like a deadline

  • Our questions don't go unanswered

  • Modern-day fertility care won’t only mean freezing eggs

What’s Next?
